1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet started.
- No custom design, development, or third-party services have been initiated.
- A formal cancellation request is submitted within 3 days of payment.
Once design or development work has begun, partial or full refunds are subject to internal review and approval.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Started WordPress website design or development
- Domain name registrations
- Hosting services (even if purchased via our affiliate link)
- Third-party plugin/theme costs
- Maintenance packages, once activated
3. EMI or Milestone-Based Projects
For projects under our Website on EMI plan, only unbilled future milestones may be eligible for cancellation, not previously paid installments.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the process is complete.
5. Dispute Resolution
In case of a disagreement regarding refund eligibility, we encourage clients to contact us for clarification. We aim to resolve all concerns professionally and transparently.
