NYSA-NGO
About Client
Noval Youth Social Association (NYSA), based in New Delhi, India, is a registered nonprofit organization established in 2020. The organization works in children’s education within slum communities and women’s empowerment initiatives.
Although legally registered with 80G and 12A certification and actively applying for CSR grants, NYSA lacked a structured online presence to support donor confidence and digital fundraising.
The Challenge
NYSA had legal credibility, but no digital credibility.
Before the website:
Donations were collected manually via Google Pay QR codes
Impact proof existed only through social media posts
No centralized presentation of certifications
No structured donation infrastructure
Donors occasionally requested an official online payment option
This created friction in donor trust and limited fundraising scalability.
The Solution
We designed and developed the NYSA’s website using WordPress and Elementor, creating a clean, structured, and professional design that aligns with their non-profit firm identity.
Trust-First Homepage Architecture:
The homepage was structured to guide visitors through a clear credibility journey:
Mission-focused hero section with visible “Donate Now” CTA
Clear presentation of education and women empowerment initiatives
Supporter and testimonial reinforcement
Repeated donation calls-to-action
Transparent contact information
The structure reduced hesitation and encouraged confident contributions.
Donation Infrastructure Upgrade:
Previously, NYSA relied on manual QR-based payments.
Backend Spark implemented:
Secure PayU payment gateway integration
Dedicated donation access from primary navigation
Structured payment flow for organic and event-based fundraising
This transformed manual coordination into a scalable digital donation system.
Result and Early Impact
Before launching the website, NYSA averaged approximately 20–25 donations per month through manual payment collection.
Within the first month after launch, donation activity increased to 40+ contributions. This growth was driven by a combination of organic engagement and a small fundraising event where the website link was shared publicly.
The difference was infrastructure. Instead of manually sharing QR codes, donors could instantly contribute through a secure and structured system.
To date, NYSA has recorded 980+ total contributions supported by its centralized digital presence. This nonprofit donation website case study demonstrates how reducing payment friction and improving credibility presentation can directly influence donation volume.
