If you opt in for our website maintenance services, we will handle routine updates, backups, and performance optimization for the agreed period. Premium maintenance plans come with added security and performance features.

7. Limitation of Liability

Backend Spark will not be held liable for:

  • Downtime due to third-party hosting
  • Loss of data due to client-side actions
  • Delays caused by incomplete content delivery
